Job Responsibilities
This role would focus on:
- Managing our AP inbox
- Responding to carrier invoice and rate confirmation emails
- Adding freight bills to shipments in our TMS
- Entering non-freight vendor bills into QuickBooks
- Organizing supporting documents and maintaining accurate records
We are primarily looking for detail-oriented candidates with strong communication skills and preferably some transportation/logistics experience.
Work Schedule
HOMEBASED, Night-Shift
Monday - Friday ; 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine Time
Must Have at least 25mbps internet connection
Preferably someone with own equipment (Laptop or Desktop)
