Job Responsibilities
This role would focus on:
- Following up with carriers after loads are booked
- Providing pickup and delivery updates
- Performing check calls and delivery calls ahead
- Uploading PODs and shipment documents
- Updating shipment statuses in our systems
- General dispatch and operations support
We are primarily looking for detail-oriented candidates with strong communication skills and preferably some transportation/logistics experience.
Work Schedule
HOMEBASED, Night-Shift
Monday - Friday ; 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine Time
Must Have at least 25mbps internet connection
Preferably someone with own equipment (Laptop or Desktop)
