Job Description
Patient Assessment
- Conducting initial and ongoing physical and emotional assessments to identify patient needs and monitor their condition.
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and update personalized care plans.
- Administering medications, monitoring for side effects, and ensuring proper dosage and timing.
- Providing wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and monitoring for signs of infection.
- Educating patients and their families on disease management, medication instructions, and overall health maintenance.
- Regularly checking and documenting vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and eating, as needed.
