Job Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Home Health Recruiter to join their growing healthcare team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified caregivers, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs). You'll play a key role in ensuring staffing needs are met while delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Schedule
- Flexible during client business hours (Trevose Time) (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Source qualified caregivers, LPNs, and RNs through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
- Ensure compliance requirements are completed before hire.
- Partner with the operations team to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage multiple open requisitions while meeting hiring deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or home health.
- Experience sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting nurses, caregivers, or other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of healthcare hiring compliance and onboarding.
- Experience recruiting for multiple locations simultaneously.
