Omni therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of healthcare notes for our home health partners, making you an essential part of our team. Position Overview:
As a Quality Assurance Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of patient assessment data in our organization. You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Verify that assessments are compliant with CMS regulations and agency policies.
Identify and report discrepancies or issues in the documentation.
Collaborate with clinical staff to provide feedback and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborating with home health partners and therapist to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of notes.
Qualifications:
2+ year of experience with Quality Assurance (QA) of healthcare notes:
Prior experience with international healthcare companies:
Candidates should have an understanding of clinical records and be able to spot inaccuracies and omissions.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improving healthcare notes.
Knowledge for various EMR's is a plus. (Devero, Axxess, Kinnser)
Must be available to work full-time hours: Mon Fri, 9am 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time.
