Job Description

Do you believe that people learn best when training feels meaningful, practical, and inspiring

At ClearDesk, we are passionate about helping our Remote Team Members (RTMs) and clients succeed. We know that great training doesn't just transfer skills, it builds confidence, shapes careers, and transforms the way people contribute at work. If you are someone who thrives on seeing others grow because of what you've taught them, this role is for you.

Our Story Starts with People Like You

The two founders, best friends, were running businesses that needed great talent fast. So, they started building remote teams across countries like the Philippines, Colombia, and India. Not only did it work, it thrived. They realized that talent isn't limited by geography. With today's technology and high-speed internet, we're able to build high-performing global teams that support businesses across the U.S. So ClearDesk was born.

Today, ClearDesk helps U.S. businesses grow by building world-class remote teams. We don't just connect talent; we manage the entire experience, from recruiting to retention. And while we help clients thrive, we also stay deeply committed to helping our remote team members build real, lasting careers that support their lives and their families.

That's where you come in.

The Role: Training Specialist

Imagine joining a team where your expertise in training becomes the bridge between potential and performance. At ClearDesk, our Remote Team Members (RTMs) come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique talents to their roles. What they all need is the right guidance and structured learning that transforms their skills into confidence, competence, and long-term success.

As a Training Specialist, you will be more than an instructor, you will be a mentor, a coach, and a designer of learning experiences that truly matter. You will create engaging programs that help individuals not only master technical tasks but also develop the resilience, adaptability, and professional mindset required in remote work. Through your training, RTMs will feel supported, empowered, and ready to thrive in client-facing roles.

Your impact will ripple outward: every program you design and every session you deliver contributes directly to the growth of our people, the satisfaction of our clients, and the strength of our global community. By continuously improving our training approach and fostering a culture of learning, you will ensure that every ClearDesk RTM transitions smoothly from training to meaningful work, and that clients around the world experience the excellence we promise.

What Your Days Might Look Like:

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions that help new hires build confidence and skills
  • Create and update learning materials so content stays fresh, relevant, and easy to understand
  • Lead workshops, online classes, and one-on-one coaching to support different learning styles
  • Track attendance, progress, and performance during training, and keep accurate records
  • Collect feedback from participants to improve training programs and make learning even more effective
  • Partner with team leads to identify skill gaps and design tailored training solutions
  • Support learners in transitioning smoothly from training to their client roles

Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:

  • You've delivered training before and enjoy helping people grow
  • You're comfortable speaking to groups and coaching individuals one-on-one
  • You know how to break down complex topics into clear, practical lessons
  • You're patient, approachable, and skilled at encouraging learners who feel nervous or unsure
  • You like using technology and online tools to make training interactive and efficient
  • You're always looking for ways to improve and refine the learning experience
  • You take initiative, but you also collaborate well with others to reach shared goals
  • You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule.
  • You can secure the required technical setup, including:
  • At least a 720p HD webcam
  • A noise-canceling headset
  • A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
  • A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source
  • A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM
  • A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
