SmartScale360 is hiring a Home Care Scheduler to support our U.S.-based home care clients by managing caregiver schedules, filling open shifts, and helping ensure uninterrupted patient care.

You're a Strong Fit If You Have:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in healthcare scheduling, home care scheduling, patient coordination, workforce management, dispatching, staffing coordination, or a similar role
• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare, home care, staffing, healthcare BPO, or medical accounts
• Experience coordinating caregiver schedules, shift coverage, call-offs, replacements, or schedule changes
• Strong spoken and written English, with confidence communicating with caregivers, patients, and clients
• Experience using healthcare scheduling or workforce management software
• Strong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• U.S. home care scheduling experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, CareSmartz360, NICE, Verint, or similar platforms is an advantage

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate caregiver schedules to maintain patient coverage
• Monitor attendance, call-offs, and schedule changes
• Fill open shifts and coordinate caregiver replacements
• Communicate scheduling updates with caregivers, patients, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and workforce data
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and staffing issues
• Track staffing and attendance and support daily operations

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Laptop/PC: Intel i5 or equivalent, with at least 8GB RAM
• Stable 100 Mbps internet connection
• Backup internet connection
• Backup device
• Backup power source

Schedule:

• U.S. business hours; final schedule will be confirmed based on client requirements
• Must be flexible to work any day of the week as needed
