Are you a detail-oriented and creative professional with a passion for product content and digital assets We're looking for a Client Services Home-Based Product Content Coordinator to support a growing U.S.-based promotional products client partnered with DCX. In this role, you'll manage and create product content, coordinate images and mockups, and ensure all materials align with client guidelines and internal processes. This is a great opportunity to grow your content, design, and product data skills in a fully remote environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Review client briefs and adopt the appropriate style, tone, and voice for program product copy.
- Create clear, engaging, and accurate product content using strong English writing skills.
- Receive, request, and organize product images from internal photographers and external graphic design teams.
- Create virtual web image mockups using Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Develop web-ready garment size charts by gathering supplier information and completing provided templates.
- Build and maintain product copy and size chart libraries to improve efficiency.
- Leverage tools such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and improve product copy quality.
- Follow internal standards for cross-functional communication and file management.
- Manage and prioritize all incoming projects based on delivery date requirements
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1-3 years with Item Master Data, Product Lifecycle, or product content coordination is an advantage.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Preferred experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
- Intermediate understanding of image file formatting.
