Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at DCX PH Inc. The Graphic Designer will create and adapt visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media graphics, marketing materials, presentations, and web content. Day-to-day work includes developing logos, brand elements, and visual guidelines that align with client brand identities and campaign objectives. The role involves collaborating with marketing, content, and account teams to translate briefs into clear, engaging visual concepts and polished deliverables. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and refine designs based on data, feedback, and evolving client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to deliver clear, visually appealing layouts across digital and print media.
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating or adapting brand identities, style guides, and consistent visual systems.
  • Proficiency in Typography, with an eye for hierarchy, readability, and pairing typefaces that support brand voice and user experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
  • Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, logos, marketing materials, and digital graphics.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, incorporate feedback constructively, and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
