Support Creative Project Managers and our clients through quick, detailed, and concise communication across all platforms
Prioritize a constant stream of client requests, including sending product showcases, project estimates, and invoices
Oversees Creative Project Manager's inbox for assigned clients, which includes promptly responding to inquiries, executing requested tasks, and providing timely and thoughtful answers to client questions, ensuring seamless communication and project progression
Own basic to intermediate client communication
Work collaboratively with the Creative Project Management team to execute ad hoc administrative projects, including project resolution, vendor communication, rush jobs, etc.
Demonstrate open communication by asking questions, providing feedback, and receiving feedback to improve your role and experience at Kotis
Maintain our standard profit margin (since this role handles all client pricing requests)
Send invoices accurately and quickly
Set up jobs following our Kotis best practices and SOPs
Review, create (basic mathematical calculations required), and 20+ pricing proposals/day
Handle projects like creating shipping requests, pricing discrepancies, project status, etc.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing is ideal.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service and data processing required, 3+ years of client-facing experience, and at least 2+ years tenure in a recent previous position
Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Schedule: Able to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within U.S. operating hours
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
