Job role
To grow a specific Micro HMO market segment and be responsible for the timely collection of premium receivables.
Sales & Marketing
1. Develops strategies to identify potential partners.
2. Facilitates the creation and presentation of proposals and programs for the potential partner.
3. Identifies and/or creates processes specific to the partnership in coordination with partners and concerned units.
4. Drafts and finalizes Memorandum of Agreement for the partnership.
5. Prepares/gathers all requirements specific to the partnership.
6. Conducts orientation/training to partners to ensure effective management of the program.
Maximizing Existing Accounts
7. Identifies unmet HMO of existing partners and provides inputs for the development of products in coordination with concerned departments.
8. Cross-sells/up-sells appropriate Pioneer products to existing partners/clients.
Partner Relationship Management
9. Oversees the handling of the partner's requirements.
10. Ensures that set standards are observed in handling and processing endorsements and claims.
Billing & Collection
11. Oversees reconciliation of enrollments vs. premiums received.
12. Monitors premium receivables and follows up with partner institutions on payment of their outstanding accounts.
Staff Development
13. Takes an active role in the Performance Planning & Appraisal (PPA) process, as prescribed in the PPA policies and procedures.
14. Manages the performance of subordinates through coaching, mentoring, proper delegation and feedback.
15. Keeps abreast of external and internal opportunities for skills development and training for self and subordinates.
Others
16. Participates in the department's action planning.
17. Initiates own performance planning and appraisal consistent with the Performance Planning & Appraisal (PPA) process, as prescribed in the PA policies and procedures.
18. Performs other duties as necessary in meeting the objectives of the department and/or as assigned by a superior.
Qualifications
A graduate of a bachelor's degree course
At least two years of experience in HMO Sales and/or Marketing
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Can do tasks with minimum supervision and can lead a team.
Willing to travel locally
