Role Description:
The HMO Product Lead is a full-time role based on-site at our BGC Taguig location. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and development of the HMO product line, including liaising with HMO providers, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include crafting product strategies, overseeing HMO plan implementations, conducting market research to stay competitive, and supporting sales teams with product information and strategies. In addition, the HMO Product Lead will engage with stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Product Strategy Development
- Strong skills in Relationship Management, Vendor Liaison, and Stakeholder Communication
- Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance and Contract Management in the healthcare or insurance industry
- Understanding of HMO programs and their application to employee welfare and healthcare management
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Relevant experience in health insurance or HMO management is highly preferred
- Ability to work on-site at BGC Taguig location
