Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator (Hybrid/Morning Shift) - Makati City

Experience -

Proven experience in administering and maintaining ServiceNow instances, including upgrades, performance

monitoring and tuning, system hardening, technical design, and integration implementation.

Hands-on expertise in implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

Skilled in integrating ServiceNow with external systems such as Entra ID, endpoint management, security

platforms, and observability tools.

Proficient in optimizing ServiceNow instance and database performance through advanced tuning techniques.

Familiarity with the SAFe Agile framework is preferred.

Skills

Experience with ServiceNow development and administration.

Experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.

Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.

Analytical and design skills to solve complex problems.

Knowledge of ServiceNow ITIL processes and best practices.

Azure fundamentals, Azure DevOps

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
