We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a
Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, orders, product concerns, and account-related concerns while providing excellent customer service. No experience is requiredtraining will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and refunds
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service
- Follow company policies and procedures during customer interactions
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Graduate, or College Undergraduate are welcome to apply
- With or without BPO/customer service experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on-site and shifting schedules
- Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
