Job Summary

Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR) Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, orders, product concerns, and account-related concerns while providing excellent customer service. No experience is requiredtraining will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and refunds
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service
  • Follow company policies and procedures during customer interactions
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Graduate, or College Undergraduate are welcome to apply
  • With or without BPO/customer service experience
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Willing to work on-site and shifting schedules
  • Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
