About The Role
As a Lead Management Virtual Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting real estate professionals by managing leads, maintaining CRM systems, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the client journey. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain lead databases and CRM records.
Respond to and qualify inbound leads from various sources.
Assign and reassign leads to agents as needed.
Set up follow-up campaigns and nurture leads through email and text communication.
Monitor agent activity and track lead conversion performance.
Generate productivity and accountability reports.
Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and backup databases using Google Sheets.
Coordinate CRM updates, training announcements, and team communications.
Schedule showings and support day-to-day lead management operations.
