Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Property Management Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day property operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing tasks and supporting clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate communications with tenants, property owners, and contractors via email and phone.
Schedule and monitor property repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Assist with tenant prequalification and leasing documentation.
Maintain accurate records within the property management system.
Support rent collection, bill payments, bookkeeping, and monthly financial reporting.
Prepare and distribute tenant newsletters and updates.
Conduct market research to support rental pricing strategies.
Monitor tenant satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Ensure accurate documentation of all property-related activities.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
