Role Overview

This position is ideal for detail-oriented and highly organized individuals with strong communication and administrative capabilities. As a key support member, you will assist business leaders by streamlining daily operations, managing workflows, and ensuring efficiency across core activities.

Core Responsibilities

Listen to live or recorded calls and accurately capture and document key information and essential details.

Organize daily schedules, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure all necessary materials are completed and ready in advance.

Coordinate and manage meetings with clients and internal teams, including handling scheduling changes, updates, and cancellations.

Collect, prepare, and submit performance reports and key metrics within required deadlines.

Maintain organized and accurate digital files to ensure consistency and easy access.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including email management, calendar coordination, and task tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to work independently with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

Strong sense of accountability and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Zoom.

High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
