Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
- Open to Freshers
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Amenable to a shifting schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about FinTech products or services.
- Process transactions and account-related requests efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain professional communication while supporting clients through various channels.
- Learn and apply FinTech tools, policies, and procedures during daily operations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service and a smooth workflow.
