Travel CSR (Onsite Cebu IT Park

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an onsite position based in Cebu IT Park with a shifting schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School graduate, or ALS graduate
  • At least 6 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE) in a BPO or related field
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary package of 25,000 per month
