Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as
Travel Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an onsite position based in Cebu IT Park with a shifting schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (old curriculum), Senior High School graduate, or ALS graduate
- At least 6 months of Customer Care Experience (CCE) in a BPO or related field
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary package of 25,000 per month
