Job Title: Travel GDS Agent (Travel/Hospitality Account)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel GDS Agent to join our Travel and Hospitality team in Silver City. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan, and is confident in handling travel-related inquiries and bookings. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan) to book, modify, and manage travel reservations
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, rebookings, and general travel inquiries
- Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, routes, and travel policies
- Ensure all reservations and transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, travel regulations, and system updates
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience using any GDS tool (Sabre, Amadeus, or Worldspan)
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- No call center experience required
- Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 CEFR level)
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills
- Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
