Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Telco Account

Location: Alphaland (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Package: 22,500

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a Telecommunications (Telco) account. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for telco services
  • Assist with billing inquiries, plan changes, technical concerns, and account updates
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Document all customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance and quality targets

Qualifications

  • High School or Senior High School graduate
  • At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE) in a BPO or similar setting
  • Good English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Alphaland
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
