Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a Telecommunications (Telco) account. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for telco services
- Assist with billing inquiries, plan changes, technical concerns, and account updates
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Document all customer interactions in the system
- Meet performance and quality targets
Qualifications
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- At least 6 months of Customer Contact Experience (CCE) in a BPO or similar setting
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Alphaland
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
