Atain (formerly known as IGT Solutions) is looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals with Airlines experience to join our growing team in McKinley West, Taguig City . As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels

•Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner

•Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services

•Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution

•Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

•Completed at least two (2) years in college or a College Graduate

•With at least 1 year of call center experience (preferred)

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

•Proficient in English (written and verbal)

•Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

•Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

•Willing to work in McKinley West, Taguig City
