AI Translator / Localization Specialists for multiple markets to act as the key bridge between AI engineering teams and local business stakeholders.
This role combines
language expertise, project coordination, and AI chatbot quality assurance to ensure a seamless and culturally accurate user experience across regions.
Language Preferences
- Bahasa Indonesia, English, Bahasa Melayu & Thai
Requirements
- Translate and localize chatbot content (responses, UI labels, onboarding, help text) with cultural accuracy
- Collaborate with AI Engineers to review chatbot outputs and improve local language quality
- Maintain market-specific content repositories (FAQs, utterances, entity lists, training data)
- Coordinate sprint activities using Jira and project tracking tools
- Facilitate UAT sessions and stakeholder workshops in local language
- Perform chatbot QA testing and document issues in localized flows
- Act as cultural consultant for communication style, tone, and regulatory alignment
- Support validation of AI training data and conversational scripts
Required Skills
- Native proficiency in one of the target market languages + fluent English
- Experience in localization, project coordination, or business analysis (3+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of Jira and project tracking tools
- Experience in content localization (not just translation)
- Basic understanding of AI / chatbot systems
- Experience in QA or UAT testing
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and cultural awareness
