A day in the life of...
- Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge, ensuring acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations
- Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities and escalate to team lead as necessary.
- Executes validation & prepares control reports for certain critical data/processes
- Ensures proper documentation of processes with necessary reviews and approvals.
- Conducts functional training for employees who are new to the operations (i.e. new hires & transfers).
- Gathers and analyses transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor's Degree graduate; preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- With strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to delivery quality service
- With good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision
- Can work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment
- Strong team playerand able to adapt to different levels in the organization
- Experience from a shared service company
- At least two years SAP HR/Payroll system experience
- Able to work on any shift
