We are seeking an experienced AU High-Volume Recruiter to support our Australian client by managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and industrial roles. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the Australian recruitment market, enjoys working with multiple vacancies simultaneously, and is passionate about sourcing top talent while meeting recruitment KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple high-volume vacancies across the Australian market.
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates for blue-collar and industrial positions.
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS and CRM systems.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide recruitment updates, candidate feedback, and market insights.
- Meet recruitment KPIs related to sourcing, submissions, interviews, placements, and time-to-fill.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience supporting the Australian market.
- Previous experience recruiting for high-volume blue-collar, industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, transport, construction, or trades roles.
