Your Role:

As a Helpdesk and Content Operator, you will:

1. Customer & Technical Support (CobberRes, CobberX, CobberPlus)
. Provide first-level support across the Cobber product suite, including ticketing, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
. Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex matters with clear documentation.
. Monitor cases, queues, APIrelated enquiries, and supplier onboarding progress in line with CobberX workflows.
. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow established internal processes.
. Assist with client onboarding activities where required, including initial guidance on CobberX API workflows, credential requests, and supplier onboarding documentation.
. Recognise recurring product or process issues and report trends.

2. Content Processing & Distribution (CobberX Marketplace)
. Prepare, structure, and validate operatorsupplied content for CobberX distribution (no curation or rewriting - copy, format, standardise).
. Ensure content meets format, completeness, and compliance checks before distribution.
. Understand product categories, attributes, images, and inventory as supplied by operators and ensure correct formatting.
. Map content fields accurately to CobberX content templates and distribution standards.
. Maintain version control and support consistency across operator catalogues in the distribution network.
. Assist operators or partners with understanding the required content submission process.
. Work closely with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to communicate data or mapping issues.

3. Documentation, Knowledge Base & Internal Processes
. Help update support documentation, internal manuals, and content workflow guides.
. Maintain high-quality knowledge base entries for Support & Content processes across the Cobber platform.
. Contribute to continuous improvement of support and content workflows.

4. Reporting & Quality Monitoring
. Produce basic reports on ticket volumes, issue categories, and content readiness.
. Track progress of operator content submissions and completeness levels.
. Identify recurring issues in content ingestion, supplier onboarding, or client support patterns.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • Experience in a technical support or content operations role within SaaS, travel tech, digital platforms, or APIdriven systems.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to follow structured formatting guidelines.
  • Experience with CRM/ticketing systems and documentation tools.
  • Understanding of data entry or content mapping workflows is highly regarded.
