Job Description
- Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents, ensuring timely ticket resolution while meeting SLA targets.
- Log, prioritize, escalate, and track support requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
- Deliver excellent customer service in an IT Service Desk, Technical Support, Contact Center, or BPO environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex issues and maintain accurate support documentation.
