What Youll Do
- Deliver training Conduct theoretical and hands-on sessions across all levels.
- Equip technicians Provide complete technical training on heavy equipment and gensets.
- Enhance methods Improve teaching processes and training materials.
- Assess competencies Evaluate skills and recommend improvements.
- Build relationships Foster strong partnerships with customers while supporting service operations.
What Were Looking For
- Educational background Graduate of Heavy Equipment Servicing Technology or Automotive Technology.
- Relevant experience With 1-3 years of related work in heavy equipment or genset servicing.
