About the Role
To install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure efficient operation, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role supports the organization by providing reliable technical service, performing preventive maintenance, and resolving HVAC-related issues in residential or commercial facilities.

- Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.

Qualifications
- Minimum education requirement
- High School Diploma or Technical / Vocational Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Electrical Technology
- TESDA RAC NC ll/NC lll or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Relevant experience and minimum years required 1--3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience with split-type, window-type, or commercial HVAC systems is preferred.
- Basic skills required Technical skills in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals o Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
- Safety awareness when handling equipment and refrigerants.
- Good communication and customer service skills a Physical capability to lift equipment and work in varied environment
