Description
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals regarding US healthcare protocols and compliance.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy in healthcare practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments based on feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance training curriculum.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees post-training to ensure adherence to healthcare standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
- Experience Level: At least 1 year of BPO Trainer experience in a US healthcare account
- Experience in Hospital Billing processes
- Skills and Competencies: Strong presentation and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Passionate about training and development
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored training programs
- Working Conditions:Office environment with occasional travel for on-site training
- EPIC Platform experience is an advantage
