Role Description The Healthcare Team Lead (DAVAO-Onsite) is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao, responsible for supervising and guiding a team that supports healthcare-related customer interactions and back-office processes. This role oversees day-to-day operations, including monitoring performance metrics, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to client and regulatory requirements. The Healthcare Team Lead collaborates with team members to resolve complex issues, provides coaching and training to strengthen service quality, and supports budget awareness within the team's operational activities. The role also involves close coordination with internal stakeholders and clients, contributing to process improvements and maintaining a positive, compliant, and patient-focused service environment. The Healthcare Team Lead is expected to model professional communication, foster an inclusive team culture, and ensure service delivery meets quality, efficiency, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and client interaction skills to lead a team delivering consistent, high-quality healthcare support.
  • Budgeting and basic operational planning skills to help manage resources and align team performance with financial goals.
  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and feedback delivery.
  • Foundational knowledge of medicine or healthcare processes to understand workflows, terminology, and compliance requirements.
  • Training and coaching skills to onboard new team members, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a BPO, healthcare, or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Davao, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with common office and CRM tools; familiarity with healthcare systems or EHR platforms is an advantage.
