Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible in doing end-to-end hiring activities by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for healthcare and operational roles. This role ensures a smooth and positive candidate experience while supporting hiring managers and maintaining recruitment processes.
Job Description:
• Sources candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels for healthcare and operational roles.
• Builds and maintains candidate pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
• Conducts initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and role alignment.
• Reviews resumes and evaluates candidate fit for open positions.
• Coordinates interviews between candidates and hiring teams using the ATS.
• Ensures timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates during hiring stages.
• Provides updates and ensures a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Assists in preparing and extending job offers as needed.
• Supports onboarding coordination and completion of hiring documentation.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Tracks recruitment pipelines and supports reporting and hiring metrics.
• Collaborates with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
• Conducts resume screening and initial candidate assessments.
• Manages multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains strong attention to detail and organization.
• Builds rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Demonstrates proactive follow-up and candidate engagement.
• Works effectively in a high-growth or dynamic environment.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
Screening Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of recruiting experience.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Must have stable employment history.
