Qualifications
- College Graduate or Associate Graduate, any course
- At least 2 years of BPO/Call Center experience
- Experience handling international healthcare accounts
- Background in Pre-Authorization, Benefits & Eligibility, and Claims
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on a hybrid setup and shifting schedules

- Assist healthcare members with benefits and eligibility inquiries
- Handle pre-authorization and claims-related concerns
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare coverage
- Deliver professional and efficient member support
