Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to healthcare-related inquiries

• Assist customers with eligibility, coverage, or account-related concerns
• Explain processes and available services clearly
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and with empathy
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Follow account procedures and privacy guidelines
• Meet quality, handle time, and productivity targets

Qualifications

• College Graduate
• No call center or healthcare experience needed — BPO/customer service background a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good listening and attention to detail
• Empathetic and patient when assisting customers
• Willing to learn healthcare processes and terminology
