- Strategic Project Management: Lead high-impact strategic and transformation projects from evaluation through execution.
- Performance Management: Track business performance, strategic objectives, and key organisational metrics.
- Market Intelligence & Insights: Analyse healthcare market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Executive & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop executive and board-level materials and collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy consulting, private equity, or corporate strategy.
- Strong healthcare industry experience required.
- Experience managing multiple strategic initiatives and senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to board-level presentations and executive discussions.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working as an individual contributor.
