Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing
Healthcare Staffing Account Manager (B2B) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for Moongig's healthcare staffing solutions.
Unlike traditional pharma or medical device sales, this role focuses on selling a workforce solutionhelping healthcare providers quickly find and deploy the right healthcare professionals to fill urgent vacancies through the Moongig platform.
You will be responsible for building strong institutional relationships, identifying staffing pain points, and positioning Moongig as the trusted partner for healthcare staffing.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new hospital, clinic, and healthcare facility accounts
- Present and position Moongig's staffing platform as a strategic solution to workforce shortages
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and platform walkthroughs with HR leaders, department heads, and hospital administrators
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Account Management & Client Retention
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for client accounts
- Ensure smooth onboarding and coordinate closely with operations to deliver on staffing requirements
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or account expansion
Market Intelligence & Strategic Input
- Gather insights on competitor activity, pricing trends, and staffing challenges
- Provide field feedback to help improve Moongig's service offerings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting
- Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to align client demand with healthcare professional supply
Minimum Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- 24 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical sales, staffing sales, or business development
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare staffing structures
- Existing network within hospitals, clinics, or healthcare institutions is a strong advantage
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Tech-savvy and confident presenting digital platforms
- Willing to travel for client meetings and field work
