Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role located in Lapu-Lapu. The Healthcare Specialist will be charged with delivering high-quality medical support and services, providing essential healthcare consultation, engaging in effective communication, and participating in the training of healthcare staff as needed. The role involves applying medical knowledge and skills to ensure the well-being and safety of clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in healthcare and medicine
• Proficiency in emergency medical treatment (EMT) practices and protocols
• Effective communication skills for liaising with patients and teams
• Training experience to help develop team skills and knowledge
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Relevant certifications such as EMT-B, advanced first aid, or healthcare-related credentials
• Degree or certification in healthcare, nursing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
