Role Description This full-time Healthcare Specialist role at Mahir.co.id is an on-site position based in Metro Cebu. The Healthcare Specialist will provide direct patient support, perform basic clinical assessments, and assist in the implementation of care plans in coordination with medical professionals. Daily responsibilities include documenting patient information, monitoring vital signs within scope, and supporting emergency response procedures as needed. The role also involves educating patients and families on health practices, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in ongoing training to maintain high standards of care and safety. The Healthcare Specialist will help ensure that services are delivered in a timely, compassionate, and culturally appropriate manner.
Qualifications
- Background in Medicine and Healthcare, with the ability to understand and follow clinical protocols.
- EMT training or equivalent emergency medical skills for basic assessment and emergency response.
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Experience in Training, health education, or patient instruction to support continuous learning and awareness.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or related medical field; professional licensure or certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a clinical, hospital, or community health setting, preferably in an on-site role.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, maintain accurate records, and adhere to safety and confidentiality standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and reporting; familiarity with electronic health records is a plus.
