We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Scheduler / Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team on-site in Biñan. This role involves coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and ensuring accurate documentation of insurance information. The Specialist will also collaborate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies related to insurance claims and health coverage. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to excel in this position.

• Proficiency in Insurance, Health Insurance, and handling Insurance Claims
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage documentation
• Familiarity with healthcare industry processes and regulations
• Experience with appointment scheduling systems and insurance verification processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
