Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist to support US healthcare operations by handling medical billing processes, claims-related concerns, and revenue cycle activities. The role requires strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and the ability to deliver accurate and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage healthcare revenue cycle processes and ensure accurate handling of medical billing transactions.
- Assist with claims status checks, inquiries, and resolution of billing-related concerns.
- Perform benefits and eligibility verification to support healthcare providers and patients.
- Process prior authorization and referral requests following healthcare guidelines.
- Support provider inquiries through Provider Help Desk (PHD) functions.
- Review and resolve claims denials by identifying issues and coordinating proper actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with healthcare policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School.
- Minimum of 6 months US Healthcare Operations / Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Claims Status & Inquiry
- Benefits & Eligibility Verification
- Prior Authorization / Referral Desk
- Provider Help Desk (PHD)
- Claims Denial Management
- Willing to work onsite.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
