Role Description The Healthcare Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City, responsible for supporting patients and healthcare partners throughout the revenue management and service process. Day-to-day tasks include assisting patients with billing inquiries, insurance coverage questions, and payment options, as well as explaining financial policies in a clear and empathetic manner. The role involves coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate patient information, timely resolution of account issues, and adherence to internal procedures and regulatory standards. The Healthcare Representative will also handle incoming calls and walk-in inquiries, document interactions in relevant systems, and escalate complex cases when necessary. In addition, the role may include participating in training sessions, supporting process improvements, and promoting a positive, service-oriented experience for patients and providers.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and professionalism in patient and provider interactions.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Training skills, enabling effective communication of service options, financial solutions, and participation in onboarding or knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Candidates should possess foundational Healthcare knowledge, including familiarity with medical billing, insurance processes, and healthcare terminology.
  • Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Quezon City, proficient with basic computer applications and data entry, and able to collaborate within diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, customer service, call center, or revenue cycle environment is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
