We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who can source, screen, and engage clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
What You'll Do:
- Source and attract healthcare professionals through job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates for experience, licenses, certifications, availability, and job fit.
- Manage multiple candidate pipelines and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct phone screens and endorse qualified candidates to the hiring team.
- Keep candidates engaged and provide a positive recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in the ATS.
- Partner with internal teams for credentialing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Consistently meet sourcing, screening, and hiring targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year recruitment experience, preferably in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting clinical, allied health, or healthcare support professionals is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare licenses, certifications, and credentialing.
- Experience using job boards, sourcing platforms, and ATS.
- Excellent English communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and pipeline management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
