About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals across a growing healthcare organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in recruiting healthcare talent. You should be comfortable managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and secure top-quality candidates in a competitive market.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (8 hrs per day, 40 hrs per week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full hiring process from initial job posting through candidate onboarding.
  • Source and screen healthcare professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience with timely, professional communication.
  • Coordinate background checks, references, and onboarding tasks with HR.
  • Maintain accurate data inside the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future healthcare hiring needs.
  • Track key metrics like time-to-fill and sourcing channel effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Must have at least 100 Mbps download speed
  • Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals such as nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, therapists, medical assistants, and administrative healthcare staff.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for U.S. healthcare organizations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with healthcare staffing regulations and industry standards.
