What You'll Do
- Review and validate medical reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Maintain and update documentation across systems, ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Monitor adherence to healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
- Identify, flag, and escalate documentation or compliance issues as needed.
- Support audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address QA concerns.
Key Criteria
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Nursing graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical accounts, clerical, administrative, or documentation review roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong English communication skills, with confidence in handling calls and high-volume emails.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): New York Eastern standard hours of 8:15am - 5:15pm (9:15pm 6.15am PHT) with a full onsite model.
