Key Responsibilities
- Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and benefits using payer portals and tools
- Manage and track patient referrals, ensuring proper coordination with receiving providers
- Process and fulfill medical record requests while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks
- Identify missing or incomplete information and follow up with relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with insurance companies, clinics, and healthcare partners for updates and confirmations
- Monitor workflows, track pending actions, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support overall efficiency of healthcare processes and patient journey

- With relevant experience in healthcare operations (insurance verification, referrals, or medical records)
- Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare workflows
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Knowledge of HIPAA, insurance processes, or referral workflows is required depending on role
