What You'll Do

  • Handle complex cases and advanced scheduling (therapy plans, multi-layer bookings)
  • Manage and schedule long-term therapy plans (e.g., NDIS plans)
  • Prioritize workload based on productivity impact and team direction
  • Drive productivity outcomes by managing high-impact tasks
  • Perform quality checks / audits on junior outputs
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support continuous workflow improvement

Key Criteria


  • 4+ years experience in admin / scheduling / healthcare coordination
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced attention to detail across complex tasks
  • Ability to own processes and drive outcomes independently
  • Experience handling complex scheduling / service coordination
  • Strong critical thinking and escalation judgment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiar with PDF/TIFF formats.

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 7:30AM – 8:00AM PHT start until 4:30PM – 5:00PM PHT, full onsite for the first 3 months for training
  • Post training: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
