• Acts as the subject matter expert on US healthcare outsourcing delivery models, including RCM, Claims, UM, and Patient Support.
• Supports presales and solution design, partnering with Sales on RFPs, client presentations, and aligning operational capabilities with client needs.
• Drives consultative selling by identifying valueadd opportunities like process improvements, automation, and new service lines for cost/efficiency gains.
• Provides strategic operational leadership, guiding Operations Managers on performance, staffing, and KPI management across accounts.
• Oversees vertical-level governance, focusing on longterm account health, profitability, scalability, and continuous process optimization.
• Serves as executivelevel client partner, leading QBRs, managing escalations, and ensuring client retention and account expansion.
• Leads people development and talent strategy, mentoring Operations Managers and collaborating with HR to build a strong healthcare talent pipeline.
