We are seeking a compassionate and results-oriented Healthcare Licensing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will guide qualified Healthcare Professionals i.e. allied health, nurses and doctors through the complex process of obtaining the necessary Dataflow Verification & licenses to migrate to GCC. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, managing the application process, and ensuring a smooth transition for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Licensing and Application Management:
- Conduct eligibility checks for licensing, ensuring all candidate qualifications and documents meet the required criteria.
- Submit & oversee Dataflow applications, following up as needed to ensure timely verification.
- Initiate and manage licensing applications with various regulatory bodies.
Candidate and Team Support:
- Regularly follow up with both internal teams and candidates to collect necessary documentation and maintain application progress.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing guidance and assistance with licensing queries and documentation requirements.
- Schedule and book professional exams for candidates as part of the licensing process.
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays in the licensing process.
- Maintain detailed records of all applications, communications, and supporting documentation.
- Provide weekly status updates to candidates regarding their application progress.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role involving DataFlow & licensing for GCC health licensing bodies is a must.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace,CRM).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
