Job Description
Healthcare Financial Analyst (Revenue Management) is responsible for:
- Prepare and analyze data packs comparing expected payments to actuals by collecting, organizing, and validating relevant data.
- Conduct payer parity and service line analytics using internal and external data to generate preliminary analytical reports.
- Develop monthly gross and net revenue trend analyses and intramonth revenue projections to support management review and decision-making.
- Maintain and manage databases by ensuring data accuracy and supporting data transfers across systems.
- Build financial models and analytical proposals to support managed care negotiations, providing insights to the negotiating team.
The Successful Applicant
Healthcare Financial Analyst (Revenue Management) Is
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Health Administration
- 2 years work experience in analyzing/reporting large data sets
- 2 years work experience in healthcare industry
