The Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of healthcare data supporting Revenue Cycle Management operations. This role analyzes chart acquisition data, validates information across hospital EMR systems, monitors performance trends, resolves data integrity issues, and collaborates with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and revenue capture.
• Review and analyze healthcare data from internal systems, reports, and hospital EMR platforms to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) and related healthcare systems to research, retrieve, validate, and reconcile chart acquisition data.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for data integrity issues by coordinating timely identification, resolution, and communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience.
• Experience working with any healthcare data, EMR/EHR systems, or Revenue Cycle Management operations.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze large datasets and preparing reports.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and resolve discrepancies.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling healthcare data.
